Re: Thank You Sira890
Hopefully someday more people will use voice recognition software, so companies will be motivated to produce a better product and people like your uncle and I won't get left out in the rain.

My uncle is disabled, and has had the same problems with the Dragon program. He eventually gave it up, and stopped using the computer althogether. But he's not a writer, so it wasn't a big loss for him.

Good luck with everything!

Yeah, I totally enjoy your posts and hope
that you keep them coming. Sometimes yours are the ones that truly inspire me and I am always impressed with your writing. I've always thought from almost the first time I came to blogit that your writing was some of the best with a phenomenal sense of humor.

Hey Cunning. Thanks for the behind the scenes run down on what's involved for you writing your blogs. I'm sure your friend continues to enjoy your correspondence.. like a fine meal, in comparison to fast food, it takes a bit of time preparing. I wish I could organise a voice recognition software package for you for dictation purposes.. blonde or brunette?? Anyway take care and whether a post is short or long its certainly always appreciated.

Why I Don't Write
Take all the time you need, and never estrange yourself from others.  Ok?   joab

I love your posts, Cunning. It saddens me to know that you're unable
to pursue your passion as you'd wish.  Sometimes, technology isn't the great facilitator it has been so much credit for being... Stay strong...

CL...
I have tried the voice recognition software in Windows Vista, but only long enought to know I can keyboard faster, and I can't keyboard very fast.  I enjoy your writing very much and now that I know what it takes for you to get it out there, I am all the more impressed.  I will be more patient from now on waiting for your wisdom.

Hey Sweet Melody,

Fear not Honey...I will always read you whenever I can.  I don't have MD, but I have a friend who has it, and she now has to depend on Dragon Naturally Speaking.  Some days it can really suck, can't it?

Don't worry about feeling the need to bitch and complain every once in a while.  We all have that need some days, and it's nothing at all to feel guilty or ashamed of.

Feel better.  I still love ya!

Never stop writing. You are good. You are great and I really mean that. If you could get your hands on a pencil I wonder how much damage you would do. What I mean is you are awesome without physical ability. How could a writer ever be awesome without physical hands? A writer depends on his creativity to channel from his physical side which is not the best pool of thoughts. Unlike you, you have channeled from a source that makes you a strong individual rather you realize it are not and God bless you. I hope I am not digging myself a grave. I hope I am saying something worth while.

It's strange to say "thank you" for this....but, I'm sure you understand what I mean.....I have been concerned/puzzled/whatever....I MISS YOU!!!!!  What a bummer, as if all the other stuff you deal with weren't enough!  I think I've told you about my best friend Brenda's son, Cory.....he was in a car wreck and had a very bad brain injury which affected him physically....he has far more function than the "experts" told them he ever would, but they have to search for so many solutions to things I never dreamt would even be problems....most of us take so much for granted....would that you could pass your thoughts along to me and I could type them for you, but I doubt my feeble brain could hold 1/10th of what you can put out.  Your posts are always well worth waiting for.....thanks for sharing, and I'll be sending out "hurry up" vibes with you.
