That's interesting Max (and Afzal). So am I - and Dave.
We were thinking of Lulu.com where you can pay however much you want, in other words you don't have to order hundreds of books, just howver many you need at any one time. Also you can, if you are able, cut costs further by doing your own artwork - altho I ould struggle with that, personally!! AuthorHouse USA had a good offer I was interested in which expires today but they haven't emailed me back about it - that was $400 including artwork done for you.
