Ahh, Yes, I forgot that they are on water, so there is no assessment rates on water is there? That will be something for the Land and Survey Department to think about.

Interesting I would say, I mean the 'homestay'. I heard about the scheme but am not sure how well it is running.

In my hometown, we call these houses.."Rumah Rakit" or "Floating Houses" especially along the river banks. Some enterprising owners transformed their houses into "Homestay"
