Thanks! I used to attend the class, then I taught it for a while. It was my own effort that counted. It was such a different life to embrace. Getting up at 3 AM, getting a bath, and firing away until 6 AM. Then going to work. I never grew tired. I outgrew so many things, like noisy people, crowds, too much expression etc. It does change you! Thanks!

Yoga postures will correct a lot of issues dealing with glands and their secretions, and things like endorphins etc. It is one of the more harmless approaches to health and wellbeing! Thanks!

I would settle for the shoulder stand and plough. In the head stand, the neck and hands have to take the whole weight. Of course, the neck gets stronger. You can achieve neck-strenght by carrying objects on your head, like so many people around the world do. You have to get accustomed to reverse blood flow. Take it one step at a time! Thanks!
