in their own ways--the whole idea that one is good and the other evil is a cul-de-sac of philosophy, where one can run in circles for ages without getting anywhere.

Echoes of a conversation I had recently with a friend about labels...
The human part craves form and certainty, rationality, predictabilty--patterns and commonality; the being perceives what is unique, what transcends labels and labeling, finality and conclusion.
As creatures that are inherently body and spirit, we struggle with balance... I am reminded of the Sufi mystics presented in a movie--The Jewel of the Nile, happily juggling...
