My son had an absentee mother. When she decided she was willing to
see him, she had become a crack addict. Needless to say, he's had little contact with his mother in 14 years... He seems okay with it, but sometimes I wonder...

Hi
Very fine post.. I think parenting is the best career to possibly have and yet so often one parent is absent. It makes the active parent a busy person. Sorry that happened to you. Be kind to yourself it seems you did all the right things.

dear lady I choose to write this on your blog because I felt it was not appropriate to do so on soulbuilders blog page. I have not got a clue what the hell you are talking about sweetie I have no quarrel with anyone on blogit, even the one that has blocked me. you or any body else could not run me off from here with a stick. I like it here I have never made no. #1 on blogit but if I do, "good". "If I don't good". I have made more money in a day writing then I could make in a life time on blogit. it is not about no. 1 for me sweetie. what you need to do is read what I wrote on troosha's page. I am not takeing side with any body. I don't have to I make my on way and I have been more than successful at it

a very profound thought. This is a universal case: even if the parents have gone seperate ways, at least give the child the benefit of having both of them. Allowing the father/mother to see the child is only fair. This will not rob the child of both parential love.
