Re: Katz
I am sure your friend loves it here Jokester. Many came here for the lifestyle and Malaysia has introduced a 'my second home' plane for foreigners to reside in Malaysia easily. I will do some research on this and post it next time. So do keep a look out for this scheme and I will post some magnificient Residence of Malaysia.

Re: Katz
Yes, Sheilah, I too fear flying, especially when it comes to long journey. The only way is to stick to reliable airlines, like SIA, MAS. Although you pay a bit more, you have assurance of safety.

Thanks for sharing. If it weren't for the long journey (ok...my fear of planes

) I would have visited already!

Neat. Unfortunately I won't make it this year any more, I'm running out of days, especially with Christmas shopping right around the corner...

Re: Katzs
Oh dear, Soulbuilder, I thought it is quite easy especially if it Visit Malaysia Year 2007. Maybe going through the travel agent might be easier. Try them and see what happens.

I love Malaysia!
I loved Tioman Island the best! I have been there four times, twice on diving trips where we stayed in long houses. The best vacation ever! We always went by boat from....I can't remember which port. Penang was really great as was Kotakinabalu. We always vacationed in Malaysia when we lived in Singapore, brings back memories. Thanks for letting me reminisce, Katz, I want to go back some day!
