Very good description, well written.
If you were 5 or 6 inches taller you could play the lead in the screenplay of the futuristic novel I wrote. "Last Man" is about a woman who's pregnant with the last man on earth, and wants an abortion. the idea came as a bit of sarcastic feminist humor, but now that it's "finished" and ready to send to agents, it's a darn good thriller with a great ending... But it's not just your looks that remind me of my character -- it's your attitude, your pick yourself up, dust yourself off and start over again way of being. Keep writing!
