Yes, do. It's important that once you make a successful connection, you
keep plugging away at them and reminding them you're there and that you're good.
Without being a pest of course - there is a fine line to be played. I'm learning all this in my workshops business with my own customers.

73 and still going strong?
I couldn't help zinging in on that line. FYI, 73 is the new 53. Given that one's health is normal and stable, you feel just as good at 72 as anybody in their early 50s whose health is stable. Your post made me wonder if my upstart kids think I'm "still going strong" for my age. Of course I know folks my age who are codgers. In fact Grandma Lucy was white-haired and old-lady in her late 40s. But that was ... how many years ago? never mind. Just take your vitamins, get a little exercise and one of these days you'll be 73 and still going strong....
