To all Readers: thank you for your comments!
I am a little late today and it is nearly 1 am. Thank you all for your wonderful comments. I hope to be early tomorrow, and reply individually, like I always do! Spinner wanted to know why Deerskin! When lying on the floor it isolates you from earth currents, Grass mats do this to some degree. Rugs won't do because of the chemicals they give off. Cotton is pretty good as it is neutral in electrical charge!

Hey, we are on the same wavelength. I like Hatha Yoga. They teach one the good posture and deep breathing.

The lessons should be invaluable to many who give it out a try, Soul.
It's a good thing that you will give a series on it.

Soul Builder,
I've tried the cobra before. It is a very stimulating but relaxing position. Practicing breathing takes some discipline, but the peace is worth it.
