It's nice to know I'm not the only one who gets picked on, but geeze!! It's one thing to be rude to a random person, but doing it to someone on crutches or in a wheelchair is just plain mean!

There's nothing worse than a rude old person. Age does not equal maturity. You probably made her think twice about next time.
Hopefully she didn't follow you home and is out today buying bricks to lob through your window.

Talk about pushy! Trust me, sira...I've had this same experience several times. Funny thing is, if I'm standing in line on my crutches, most people are really kind and polite and patient. If I'm in my wheelchair, however, it's a completely different story sometimes!
Sounds to me like the old cow had som cud that needed chewing and took it out on the wrong woman! Good for you!...
