Yeah, if I had a choice, I would never work in customer service again. I've delivered newspapers at 4am, delivered pizzas (for a company that's so crooked, the people who run it have to screw their pants on every morning...I won't mention the name, but its initials are "PH"), worked in a phone center (for all of five or six weeks), and now in the photo lab. And between all of that, I often wish I could build a house in the mountains or on the edge of a desert somewhere and just live as a hermit for a few years....
I do manage to use some of it as material for my stories...but wow, on most days it's not worth the stress.

retail or customer service jobs of any kind if I can possibly steer my way clear of them...
