It's extremely disheartening when people play us or lie to us, particularly when we reach out to them. When kindess is returned with lies or manipulation it knocks you off our game for a while but we move on and try to surround ourselves with people with integrity. I'm sorry to hear someone hurt you.....

I hope this lying no-good scum is someone on the job, someone you can
move away from without completely disrupting your life. Social lies and going along to get along is one thing, betrayal is something else. I'd be moving outside that game.
