When you have a personal-peacefull moment--please try to let those tears
flow! Each time you shed a tear-you will feel a tiny bit lighter and each time you open the 'tear box'--you may find you will shed fewer and fewer!To 'bottle them up'-is to allow them to flood you 'internally'.God bless-Chris.
