I'm glad that you can realise this.
Although I'm lucky not to suffer from it to any great extent, from what I've heard it has little to do with events - we all get upset by unfortunate episodes - but it's really just caused by chemical imbalances. Thank goodness it's not always bad and that there are good times too.

You've summed up that feeling so well... recognising that it's a slight 'fall' rather than necessarily a full blown Depression attack again is what I've been learning to do for the last year... and it really does help. I like this poem very much.
