Yes a difficult question..... yet if we have a loved one.... who has done something wrong.... perhaps the first step before turning them in..... is to guide them to stepping up to the plate and accepting responsibility for their actions..... to turn themselves in.....
But if a loved one is reeking havoc on Society...then we must think of the consequences on the people that they have hurt and imagine if we were in their shoes...how would we feel... of course I am thinking of the worst cases.... like murderers, rapists, pedophiles... I could debat on and on.... it is truly a tough one. but think one must search there own heart for an answer and I too pray that I will never have to make that choice... may god spare us all of it!! peace be with you!

Probably not... but it depends on a lot of factors...I very hard question
to answer.
