clever, but...
It looks like two pictures spliced together for the desired affect. It definitely makes the point hoped for, but, I smoke and it wouldn't deter me. If it was that easy public service announcements would have done the job years ago. Remember Brooke Shields with the cigarettes sticking out of ears and all that, or the old snaggle-toothed woman saying How 'bout a kiss...didn't work then either.
