WOW - first of all, were you really twelve and just on vacation?? Or is that a typo and you were (maybe) 22 and an udergratuate on vacation as well? GREAT story to add to my experimental blog collection!

Talking about male nurses and female doctors: This happened years ago when I was 12 and she was 25. ( She was a Medical undergraduate on vacation at that time. So was I.) I thought I wouldn't see her again after we made love at a seaside chalet. But twenty years later, I bumped into her again. She was still single and we ended up in a hotel.
