a delicate topic
i believe everything you said cryingis an emotion that needs to erupt..which is possibly why we laugh until we cry,one way or the other it just has to be discharged and i think your right after a good cry...the relief is tremendous and we often feel exhilarated. much like reading your work eye's i often feel moved and exhilarated(in a very nice way ofcourse)
