You may be able to improve your chances of a night's rest if you
get a little exercise during the day, keep a regular bedtime, and just before you brush your teeth at bedtime, take a spoonful of peanut butter and eat it like a lollypop. There's some chemical sleep-inducer in it, and a teaspoon hasn't enough fat to induce guilt. Hope it works for you.

I haven't been sleeping well lately either..

Happy Sunday 2 to you too my blogging sister! Now as far as the inability to sleep, I wish I had some good news to tell you but I don't since sleep eludes me most nights too. It's very important for you to sleep though as you work...maybe you might want to consult a doctor? Love ya...Lucy
