It wouldn't be any different if she had to wait a few minutes for a "disabled" person to be done with the stall. We all have to wait sometimes. And you're right... who's to say (just because you're not on a scooter) that
you don't need the larger stall? People - they can be strange sometimes....

I always choose the biggest stall whenever I need to go. Sign or no sign, first come, first take. Then if there should be one waiting when I come out, just give the excuse that it's the only one available at that time. Then I would add, 'Have a nice day!'
