During the era of hats, the pill box hat was never one of my favorites. It's like... what's the point of that thing on your head? Not sure I've ever thought it looked like a clay pot but I'ved always thought they looked pretty silly.
Now there's a hat!

What were people thinking? Seriously, even if you lived back then, wouldn't you put a so-called "hat" like that on (even if it was the style) and say, "how the hell is this thing even supposed to stay on my head?" If the wind blew it off, I'm sure a dog would run off with it, too.
