Nascar spelled backwards is racsan..
Racsan kinda sorta sounds like a different place. From their backwards perspective, they say "Toto, my friend, we're not in Nacirema anymore, why these folks still use privies and cook road kill." What's scary is these out-of-touch souls are researching and writing and making laws for those of us who actually live in the real world.

I happened to come across this item on the tube last night, and at first I couldn't figure out what they were talking about. Now it seems to me some people are going to great length to imply that the folks attending NASCAR events are really 'Third World' types...what a hoot!
