Comment on A HEINOUS CRIME
Maybe the "right" questions are not being considered. Murder and all of its faces, may appear similiar and a "one-size fits all" mentality can set in with certain agencies, but like the song goes "
That ain't necessarily so." joab

there are so many answers to this, but a lot of this comes from the families falling apart because of the standards others put on them. the type of car, house etc to keep up with the Jones's forces parents away from the home and tv and video games are raising many kids these days

Our deadly behavior is a psychological, animal response to stress.
Life is more precious in an open, uncrowded environment. We valued human contact when it was rare. A a hundred years ago, before superhighways and cities numbering at a million or more, when homesteaders rarely had visitors and contacts were limited to Sunday services and barn-raisings, ordinary people had breathing room. Now, not so much. Lab rats turn on each other in overcrowded conditions. And genetically very few genes differentiate humans from rodents.
