Well, as a Sicilian-Italian-American, I can honestly say that...I just love pasta and pizza - although apparently, they were both originally invented by the Chinese, and brought back to Europe (Italy), by Marco Polo - LOL!

Not at this mama's house. Too much. That is a crippling force in relationships later. Every woman will have to mama him. No, no, no.

No way I would have let that happen, they all had to go and live for themselves, and I'm not sorry about that. I have a friend now who has his 29 year old sone back at home and not even working. That's BS not parenting.

Maybe it's just me, but by the time I was 14 I knew I could do a
better job of deciding what to do and when to do it than my mama could. I got up and went to bed at times convenient for her. I went to school as one way to get out of the house. She used to say a mother's job is to prepare her nestlings to fly and then get out of the way and let them...

Be it ever so humble, there's no place like a doting mother's heart.

Mama's Nest
They are called Mambos in Sweden, not by choice but by neccesity.

not even stopping doing their laundry would help! ... it's "la cucina della mamma" (mum's cooking) that hypnotizes them and makes them stay ... don't blame them either ... did someone say "pasta ai funghi" o "lasagna"??? VIVA LA MAMMA!
