Speaking as an educator who has taken a class in children with
special needs, EmptySouls, you are absolutely correct. I am glad you got your son into a school where he is comfortable and treated well. I am not a trained Special Education teacher and woud have no problem making sure that, given children I have not been trained to instruct, the administration knew my shortcomings and act appropriately.
