Yeah, joab. Reid is ineffectual at his best. He's "Mr. Rogers Goes
To Washington" without Mr. Rogers integrity. He's the anti-Gingrich. Neither end of that polarity is very conducive to good governance...

Harry Reid Is Proving Himself To Be Extremely Inept
Whenever Reid enters a room, you get the feeling that someone just left. Strange. Joab

It is, Antonionioni. Lately (and I mean in the past 30+ years), we haven't
been able to do a damned thing in this country about anything that really matters. We get a wake-up call on 9/11 and we still aren't doing a damned thing about what really matters. Its infuriating, demoralizing, and flat-out disgusting. People care more about whether or not Britney Spears lost custody of her kids than they do about protecting their own children through government assistance programs (which that idiot president of ours insists he will veto because it allows too many middle income families to qualify -- spoken just like an elitist authoritarian who has never known poverty or inconvenience, the insufferable ass).

No doubt about it, TAPS. Of course, if we consider the source here, it
doesn't really matter, except that he taints the minds of a few million avid followers who can't and don't think for themselves...

Definitely so. No American soldier in Iraq should be labled "phony soldiers". If they are there following orders and doing their job, they deserve respect and should have the right to voice their opinions.
