Re: Brianne
Soul, I would love to share the program. I can give you the main points but you would really need to get the book because it is so detailed. There are 4 phases of the diet. the main idea is focusing on getting all toxins and chemicals out of your system in order to be healthy. So of course everything is organic. the other most important thing is that you have to give yourself injections on phase 2. it consists of hCG, the hormone that women produce when they're pregnant. when pregnant the hormone releases the woman's stored nutrients/fats to nourish the baby, but when you're not pregnant it flushes the fats/nutrients out of your system. you are only allowed 500 calories a day, but the hCG ensures you have energy. for breakfast you are allowed to drink as much organic tea as you want, the teas must consist of chamomile, green, wu-long, and yerba mate. for lunch you are allowed 100 grams of organic chicken or beef or specific kinds of white fish. plus a handful of organic vegetables from a list of specific choices and one organic apple. the same choices for dinner. that's just the basics, you would really need to read the book to get the whole program.

Is it allowed to share your program? I wouldn't mind looking at what has given you a new lease on life! Who knows... I may need the help!
