Moments of bliss are always fleeting - which is why they're so precious...

I agree with you regarding the beauty of nature.  Bliss to me is having a hummingbird hover in front of me, or a breathtaking sunset over the St. Lawrence - and being alive to enjoy it.

I think moments of bliss catch me by surprise...  a certain glance exchanged between my husband and I, a beautiful sunset, the purring of my cat on my lap, a moment of appreciation for my comfortable home, the warmth of a good friends embrace.  Those kind of things invoke a blissful response from me.

I have had that many times but unfortunately it dies and turns to sadness

Bliss is the love of God implanted in you as your purity continues. I experienced it for many years until it became overshadowed by physical pain. Yet when I transcend, it is there. Bliss, knowledge and awareness are the key qualities of the soul. Be Clean!

It is always the capacity of the heart to be elevated to a higher sphere of awe and wonderment at the sight of nature's beauty, listening to soulful music, or a classical dance - anything that makes you forget you, is bliss divine. Excellent writing!!
