Not met before :) Just happened upon this.... sorry to hear about your dog bite :( Hope it gets better soon. My cat nearly strangled me once when she got attached to a knitted poncho I was wearing - LOL.
(my plans today are for lying here feeling the horrors of glandular fever.... urgh)
Anyway, nice to meet you! Look forward to reading more

Holy cow! That can hurt!
Our little Corgi occasionally tries to herd us to the car or on a walk with little nips to the ankles. Not dangerous but can be a little sharp.

Ouch! When I was younger, my family had a Siberian husky named King. He was a wonderful dog, but he didn't like men. More especially, he didn't like anyone picking me up. He'd growl at and bite anyone who tired.
One day, a friend of mine had come to visit and we were going to have lunch together. King was tied outside to the railing of our sidewalk, and when my friend picked me up to carry me out to his car, King lunged for him.
Fortunately for my friend (but unfortunately for me) King's teeth missed him completely and clamped down on my foot instead. He hadn't meant to, but it hurt like unholy hell!
I simply looked down at him and said, "NO, King!" He never bit me again.
I hope you'll be okay. Give Bailey a pet and a kiss for me.

Sally is doing ok. As you can see, she's back posting a little bit. She's not doing much reading and commenting, but she will. Right now she just needs to get a lot of rest. It was a significant heart attack and she needs some time to heal. She's doing ok though and she will surely see how much you care while browsing through Blogit.
