Have you checked for carbon monoxide leaks in your place?
My son just discovered his "depression," severe headaches, coughing, etc., stemmed from a leak in the furnace vent system that let the fumes into the house...

I hope you'll feel better soon, Honey. If it gets too bad, see if you can get an earlier appointment with your doctor. In the meantime, rest as much as you can and at least drink water.

Antibiotics...
Kill the bacteria that habitate your gut, or flora as naturopaths call them. Once you stop taking the antibiotic, check into taking a pro-biotic to re-establish the little critters that do so much of the digestive work. But check first about warnings for pregnant women. Mere acidopholous or yogurts won't do the job, or so I've been told.

You should be okay...your body is just changing a lot, but it might be
nice if you could use some sort of alternative medicine that might make you less ill. Hope you feel better soon.
