And so we struggle against the forces of darkness and light...
Every day we make a choice, do we let the darkness take us, or do we let the light cut through the darkness instead? It is in these choices that we find our greatest pleasures and pain. These forces struggle and strive within the heart of each of us, to ignore one is to ignore the other. We cannot know light if we do not acknowledge the dark, we cannot experience life if we do not acknowledge death. It has often been said that life is a struggle, and to simply exist in this life without truly living it is a waste of what you have been given. So though your soul may bleed in this moment in time, though you may be filled with pain and anger and tears, remember that there was a time, is a time, and will be a time to come that all that you have experienced in this life that has made you who you are, all that you will continue to experience in any shade you choose, will be very important to someone else, simply because you get it. Because you have been there and known this pain, you will be able to help someone through when no one else could. Make no mistake in this my friend, today your words were important to someone, whether you knew it or not....
