I have to agree with what krisles said, Mia.  Don't give them a chance to start looking for a replacement before they need to.  It'll work out all right.  You'll see.  Glad to hear you're working again, by the way!

Since it's a new job...and pregnancy eventually speaks for itself....I'd follow your co-workers' advice.  They could start looking for a replacement a lot sooner than they need to....given time, they might not want to replace you.  You're not being dishonest, no one says they have a right to know....and, like I said, they should be able to figure it out eventually.....So, what's the point of telling them?....wait until they ask and then, act as if it's no big deal....which, it isn't...it's life!

Do they have maternity leave as an option?
if they so then I would tell them.  It shouldn't be a problem?
