I am a huge supporter of what you are doing here!
I know many MANY fathers that have been crapped all over by the system, just because they are men. My husband luckily is not one of them, because his ex-wife was dating an ex-con who was violating his parole. Smart man, my husband, for hiring a PI. She backed down off the custody because it would have sent her new squeeze back to jail (she was an ace at prioritizing, eh?). So he got the kids.
I know tons of men that didn't, though, and it has been nothing but hell for them since:
One's ex-wife had been in and out of rehab, and a PI found that she was still using. LOST.
One had depositions from the local police regarding his ex-wife's mental stability. LOST.
One had evidence that his wife was cheating AND giving money to the new man. LOST.
I could go on.
So bravo for sticking it out and beating the statistics!
