Mia
As much as they love their mama's, boys create their own families....girls are always daughters, no matter what. It is most often the girls who are there in times of need, all your life (I know there are exceptions, but look around you and you'll know it's true, most of the time!)...there's even some saying about boys being yours until they take a wife, girls are your's the rest of your life. What I'm saying is, every woman should have a daughter....so, if you have one first, it's done...and you can go on to have a son next time!

10 fingers, 10 toes, and a joyful smile - that's all you want.

The worrying will never end. Boys are easier than girls.

Mia honey,
For God's sake, stop worrying! The poor child hasn't even been born yet, and already you're worrying yourself silly! Sweetie, I know bad things can happen to girls, but lots of good things can too. She may just grow up to be a world leader or a ballarina or even a princess!

Of course you'll love either one equally, but I too wanted a boy when I thought I might have kids one day. None of the stupid body issues that we females have to worry about!
