Welllllllll........I wasn't going to specify the type of cleanse but since you asked! It is a 7 day colon cleanse; there are two pills I have to take... Did you know the average American has 22 lbs of impacted $#!* stuck on their colon walls?!?!!?!?!?!!?!?!?!!?!?!!?!?!!?!?!?!
So......... I'm bout to be clean as a whistle!
Seriously though, it can have a negative effect on so many aspects of your life. From a poor complexion to extreme fatigue... (I'm sure the ciragettes don't help either...?) But that is beside the point because I'm incorporating one thing at a time and I'm quitting smoking right before I start the diet...
