CD, Hahahahahaha! I'm trying to decide which is worse, to get screwed by a
Government of lawmakers once, or by one president over and over...
Of course the Russian people have a few survival strategies going for them already. One is the theory that "losing is winning" in a political environment; and economically, "we pretend to work and they pretend to pay us".
America's public school teachers have a similar battle cry, "we pretend to teach and they pretend to respect us".
