Hi Naut,
Well, the company got a new CEO and I got my office shoved back into a windowless corner next to an Italian American ADD sales person who is constantly talking to himself, singing, or complaining about the company. I can't even think at that desk so I'm working at home whenever I can. On top of that, they gave 25% of my territory to someone else. It was a bummer week.

What the boss doesn't realize when he treats people like things
is that cogs don't take that extra step, don't invest creativity into the job. Amazing how hard and creatively we work when there's a glimmer of genuine appreciation.
