- Go to Different organisational styles under one roof?
They need to review their mission statement and vision statement. If they still agree on that premise then they can see if they can create a common goal regardless of organizational styles. They can use one type leadership in one committee or action group and another type of leadership/organizational style in another committe or action group. For instance, the board of directors can have one organizational style, and the community outreach action committee can have another organizational style.

Any style is ok, as long as they are not out to backstab one another in the same company.

Well, straightforward,
I think it is better to split and work under different organisations. This will enable each organistion to focus on their own manifesto.
