Sen. Craig's Bathroom Arrest for Toe Tapping Was Unconstitutional
Corbin: That clause in the U.S. Constitution should be revoked. I'm surprised that it passed in the first place. Do lawmakers have more rights than ordinary citizens? Apparently so! Regarding Senator Craig, don't the cops in Minnesota have something better to do? It was a stupid thing for Craig to do but I don't believe he should have been arrested.

an undercover cop arrests him for tapping his toes?
odd don't you think.
I guess no one should tap their toes while on a public throne then.

Lately, "I've grown accustomed to his face" but I wish that were not so. I'd never paid much attention to him before he went to the bathroom.

Corbin_Dallas,
You will go to all quarters to justify the criminals on your side (how much are they paying you?)! Shame on you for referencing "My Constitution". The Senator plead guilty to a misdemeanor! His alleged acts were far more serious (his own words "I wanted it to go away"). Now let us hope he goes away and spare us the usual Republican "spin"!

OK, supposing you are right...what shoudl happen now? Drop the charges?
Who will point this out to the media? That is a very interesting clause you quoted and I hope the media picks up on it.

It really is amazing what little grasp of the law he seemed to possess.
I mean, who doesn't know to demand a lawyer before saying anything?
I think they should continue the policy of not giving a Nobel Prize for paneling.
