Pomegranites really that good?

So are Pomegranites really as good as you make them sound, and is the juice good too?  I drink more fruit juice than eat the actual fruits.

Pommegranate is considered a holy plant by hindus, along with the tulsi plant. Hindu households usually have a place in their yards which is reserved for such plants. In that space hindus also plant their jhandis or ritual flags, they keep their deyas or lighted clay vessels and their lingams or stones representing Shiva on which they pour their water offerings. Here, POM, the juice of pommegranates is offered as a health food, and rightly so!
