"if it werent for tv and movies half of us wouldnt even know how to project physical romance." ... never thought of it that way...interesting!!!
"a look into your eyes, smiling at eachother without speaking, thats romance. all the rest a stranger can do, but you and only you know those "little things" that make you realize what love is. thats the key." ... EXACTLY!

Examples, my friend, examples. It's one thing to say your wife is a crazy
bitch, but you have to throw us a clincher, some detail. LOL. Good post. And you're right. Men who don't agree with you are eith wife-beaters, total control freaks, gay, lifetime bachelors because they're into their own thing (usually supernerds), or flat-out liars. I've been with my wife for seven years now. We've only had a handful of verbal fights. But they've all come within the past year. I guess we're making up for lost time.

Welcome to Blogit. Oh, and love the nickname...

Re: LOL, hormones are crazy, your wife isn't
understood and you are absolutely right. god i remember those days when my wife was nearing the end of her pregnancy. wow, you talk about hormones? man it was like "hi honey" "how was your day". then if i forgot her haagen daz she would come at me like a serial killer. i prayed and prayed for her to be ok but at the same time i was like "get this baby out already, shes going to kill me over groceries!!!". thats a joke! LOL

Re: I "try" not to do that to my guy ... I know what it can feel like...my mom
its ok because you can tell you your man loves you. if youre in a relationship based on trust and understanding, youre in love. all the romance, flowers, sweet cards on valentines day, all that is material. the fact that your mate, man or woman, is there for you physically and emotionally is enough. if it werent for tv and movies half of us wouldnt even know how to project physical romance. a look into your eyes, smiling at eachother without speaking, thats romance. all the rest a stranger can do, but you and only you know those "little things" that make you realize what love is. thats the key. thanks for reading. im giving one for the women tomorrow. i know men have their ways too.

Re:i did hit the ground running
thanks for the beer, i hope i made myself clear, although im not sure where, that i do love my wife and i wasnt trying to pick on women, its a reality in any relationship, its tough, for both sides and if you disagree, youre a liar too. i knew a couple that counted their fights. in 10 years they were up to 6. that sounded great at the parties until we all found out that in those 10 years he was busy with the other family he created. i guess thats why they never fought. he was never home and when he was his guilt was like a piece of duct tape across his mouth. i prefer getting it all out.

PS, is that a deliberate typo 'wmoan' in the sidebar? Wicked little twist if it is.

Wow, you hit the ground running there. Welcome to Blogit. Here's a calming beer.
Don't forget to put the toilet seat down. It makes no sense, it's totally one-sided, but it keeps the peace.

I "try" not to do that to my guy ... I know what it can feel like...my mom
gave me and my dad alot of that (although she is the most generous and kind women I know...she just has that habit) So, I try not to do the same thing...but I guess sometimes insecurity gets the best of us. I'm more of giving that "silent atitude" ... I bet you know that one too. LOL
