I had heard about this "plan" on the news a while back.
I think a better idea would be to try to make the country more appealing to both natives and tourists alike. Perhaps, maybe, build a Disney World there (or, at least, a Six Flags). Moscow and St. Petersburg, in particular, are beautiful cities. There's just not a lot of fun stuff to do there.
If there's ever an amusement park called Bag World,
I bet it would really start to annoy you after a while
how they really sort of stretch the definition of "bag."

Unbelievable...I was reading some amazing stats on the US yesterday concerning the immigration rate...In a hundred years the number was over whelming...at the current rate both legal and illegal.Maybe some of them should go to Russia and get a new TV or refrigerator..
