I know exactly what you mean...
Since my brother died I cannot go to my aunts for christmas anymore it would not be the same - like my mum's wedding, everybody was there except him.....it's so sad, but somehow we have to find away of accepting - I am still trying, too.

baby girl it never geoes away completely we just learn a level of
acceptance I think.
