WriterofLight: I believe there is plenty of blame to go around from people filing false insurance claims to incompetent and negligent local, state and federal officials. Don't worry, the New Orleans Saints football team and all the casinos, restaurants, hotels and other businesses will be taken care of before the distressed homeowners.
