What really concerns me is that people really don't care about people in general. We treat people as disposable junk, infants, children and pregnant mome. Women are victims daily. It is not good.

Australia is just as unthinking as the USA darling and I am watching my
country change in subtle and concerning ways, and younger people who are nowadays running the affairs just don't get it. My grandchildren are going to inherit a very dangerous place and that really alarms me.

Right now in the news there are headlines about what is now happening in Thailand right now.....Islamic militants are forcibly converting people or killing them if they refuse.......
The last time I had someone knocking on my door for religion was when I was about 10 or 12....The Jehovah's Witnesses were passing out Watchtower pamplets....My Mom just told them we were Catholic (we weren't) and they skedaddled right out the door! Never felt threatened the whole time they were there!

Pardon me if I must laugh a bit......"bus loads of Christians descending on a village"....ROTFLMAO........I haul busloads of Christians all over the US......he must not have recognized a church tour when he saw one.
To claim Christians are browbeating people to sign up, get registered, learn the secret handshake..........well, it borders on the absurd..........

Justi, a nice post indeed from a sincere, personal account. I agree with
TAPS that all we can do is share the Gospel truth and let God germinate the seed into changed lives. One thing about it...on "that day" no one on Blogit will accuse you of not sharing Jesus with them.

well,considering that we get so much new age stuff,phsychics,mediums

That is so right, it is the work of the Holy Spirit and I can't imagine why they say they are offended some only because people are happy. I guess I have been blessed. I have been into apartment complexes, hospitals and just people coming into Bible studies etc., at my house but I have been privileged to have many people just open up and accept, be convicted at the same time I am asking if they know and they accept Jesus into their hearts. I know Jesus said don't be surprised when they hate you because they hated me first. It still befuddles me. I just think He is so great!!! Thank you for your comment.

The percentage of those offended has always been so much greater than the few who have accepted, with gratitude, the message of salvation. Isn't that why Jesus himself said things like shake the dust off of your feet and move on? Once the Gospel of Christ has been shared, it is the work of the Holy Spirit to make the seed grow.
