this is the first time I have felt happy that there is another mother who is early for everything. The words, "oh I'm late b/c of the kids," or "with kids you will never be on time," have always rung hollow in my ears and left me wondering what i am doing wrong, or right?

maybe you were meant to get the date wrong for a reason that has not
presented itself yet. And all those times you have been early--- you may have missed being involved in accidents of some kind. It's a part of you-- embrace it!!!!
Then again-- maybe i just relate because I, too, hate being late ( unless it is cat related) and have ever since I received detention in high school for being tardy three times. Since then, the earlier the better I say.
