kooka_lives - there has to be a part of you that sees the entertainment
value in having such lame ass attempts at rebuttal constantly resurface.
Admittedly it is funnier to watch than to be the target of but still, there is a point where it becomes nothing more than a joke. Too bad the joke's punch line is the author's credibility but as long as there are a few people to pamper the ego by stopping in and saying things such as "nice post", it looks like it will continue.

I've been doing good at ignore that idiot and not reading his B.S. Then you had to talk about it and I went and gave him a click and saw just how stupid he ahs become. I of course had to reply and try to correct him and get him to understand English, but I doubt that will happen. More than likely he will make some idiotic reply that shows he refuses to talk in English.
That whole post of his was about as ignorant as it gets and so full of crap it was in deep need of being flushed before the smell spreads to far. If not for my name being mentioned in such an insulting manner, I might have been able to ignore most of it as just moronic gibberish. He really does live in a disturbing little fantasy world.

So I looked it up and the peanut butter idiocy is accredited to a guy named Chuck Missler and the banana example is real as well. The humans descending from apes "complaint" I have heard before. The video was as I had first thought a parody, I had no idea however that it was parodying real contentions.
Speaking of how stupid some people can be; the peanut gallery is at it again. This time you are the subject of a post where word subtleties are used to give a false impression (what else is new?) . . . I have heard you say in the past that the peanut gallery "has attempted to trick you into admitting that you believe in God". (I've had the same experience, I know that these attempts at deception have really happened). However, by just leaving out a few selected words, the claim now is that you have said the peanut gallery "has attempted to trick you into believing in God" which is quite another notion altogether. But again what else is new?

The Banana and the Peanut Butter examples were real arguments that real believers came up with. The rest of the video was making fun of those people. But seriously, the part with the guy talking about the banana and the other guy talking about peanut butter, those were actual believers trying to prove their points.

This video is obviously a parody of believer arguments by non believers. Even though I am in complete agreement that some of the things people come up with as "proof" of God's existence can only be described as inane, when someone dreams up ridiculous contentions to make fun of believers, it is a little unfair to accredit these things to believers. Admittedly it is hard to tell if the contentions are real or not when we consider some of the nonsensical arguments we have seen from fundies but I think the point of the video is to deliver 3 idiotic arguments in a dead pan manner. The title gives it away as being a parody.
