Now that's way, way, way, way, way over my head!
Not that it's not interesting.

Exactly. That's one of its advantages.

Yep, it is also called a flow chart. Now I realize I should have made myself more clear.
And sure, you can add color to the blocks and arrange them in any way you want.

It looks kind of like my Family Tree. When I look at my family tree, it makes me think of all kinds of stories (some good, some not so good) to write about.

Yes. I could use this in my book, too. Actually, I've been trying to
imagine a flux diagram (which I call a flow chart. Is there a difference?) for a video game built on Shakespeare's Labyrinth, or Rebus. I think that a two dimensional one such as you have demonstrated could also be good. I hadn't thought of coloring the blocks, but that actually looks much nicer. Thanks for the ideas. I'd be glad to learn more if you're up for it.

Re: that is a great idea. Sometimes boxed ideas are spring boards...
Yep, as I said before, it has its limitations but some people work with it pretty well.

Re: matie--
I think so too, especially when you want to see how certain complex events have an impact on the subsequent, it has its limitations LOL.

I don't think that could ever help me get over writer's block, it's too rigid, LOL.
