It's called The 5 Factor Diet.
To sum a little of it up.... for each of 5 meals a day, you have to include 5 things..
- Protien (about 30% of the calories)
- Low to Moderate Glycemic Index Carbs (About 50% of the calories)
- At least 5 grams of fiber
- "Good" fats, mostly (if any)
- A sugar free beverage (12 0z, or more..I think)

Yes, good luck, but mostly good willpower! 1½ pounds is a really good effort already. Keep it steady would be my advice. Not too much too quick or it all goes back on again. Hope you've got a congratulatory glass of wine in the plan.
